Bmd Editing for Luigis mansion used to be very complicated but I fiddled around with it and got decent results.

In this step guide i will show you how to properly edit LM BMD's.

Step 1

The first you want to do is grab the program SuperBMD which converts BMD to DAE or OBJ and converts them back. preferably Kais SuperBMD . download from here

You will also need RIIstudio if you want to edit certain bmds with specific materials

Step 2

Grab the BMD you want to edit and put it in the release folder

Step 3 

Then drag it onto SuperBmd.exe and it should export a DAE and its textures and materials.
